Service Description

AIAGENTS by WebLeadsNow provides an AI phone answering platform that answers business calls, generates call summaries, and delivers leads to your CRM. The Service is provided on a subscription basis through our dashboard and associated telephony integrations.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for lawful business purposes only. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud callers or third parties.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or business.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Billing

• The Service is billed as a monthly subscription.
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• There are no refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and phone services.

Limitations

• The AI may make errors or misunderstand callers. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying call summaries and lead information.
• The Service is not a substitute for emergency services. Callers in emergency situations should be directed to call 911 or their local emergency number.
• We are not liable for missed calls, service interruptions, or losses resulting from AI errors or telephony failures beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
